Roast Lamb with rosemary and potato balls
The meat of the lamb especially bred for this purpose is preserved for maturing.
The sauce made out of Dijon mustard, honey and nut oil is prepared.
The steak is roasted on a charcoal grill, next to it we serve a special fresh rosemary sauce with a garnish of breaded and fried potato balls.
